The North American Division of Ducati is currently ready for the first time 2012 model to go into production ready for the premiere showroom. The final sample is dealers over the weekend of May 27-28, when consumers will get the chance to experience the 100 EVO close-up and personal flood.

Main features of the Monster 1100 EVO are a redesigned tail section, new exhaust routing, a race-derived slipper clutch and revised suspension. The bike also marks the debut of the new "Ducati safety Pack," from which the Ducati Traction Control system (adjustable on 4 levels) and ABS brakes.

"The 1100EVO can be the first to reach 100 Ducati air-cooled HP, which backed up with significant 76 lb/ft of torque thanks to the Desmodue Evoluzione engine.
